  1. Initial Estimate & Consultation
    To get started, we ask for photos and details of the property. If it’s already listed, feel free to share the link with us, and we’ll provide a rough estimate for staging. This helps us understand the property and your needs.

  2. On-Site Consultation
    Once we’ve provided the initial estimate, we schedule an on-site consultation. This allows us to assess the property and give you an accurate quote.  A one-hour fee of 150 Euros will apply. During this tour, you will receive valuable advice and insights, ensuring that you understand the potential of your property. The fee will be waived if the consultation results in a contract,

  3. Design & Preparation (3-5 Days)
    We begin by assessing the buyer demographic, the style of the property, and its location in the Greater Málaga area, Inland, and the Costa del Sol. We then develop a staging plan that resonates with potential buyers. From there, we gather the furniture, decor, and accessories to match the vision and load them into our van for staging day.

  4. Staging Day(s) (2-3 Days)
    Our team will transform the property with a warm, inviting look that creates flow and rhythm throughout the rooms. We ensure the home feels welcoming, practical, and appealing to the right buyer, highlighting the property’s potential.

  5. Photography & Listing Support
    While we do not provide photography services directly, if your realtor doesn’t offer this, we can connect you with trusted local photographers in the Greater Málaga area, Inland, and the Costa del Sol to capture your staged home in its best light. Professional photographs are key to making a strong first impression online.

-Send pictures + a short description of what feels "off" or stuck
-We meet for your styling session virtual or in person in our area (90 min)
-You receive your Styling Summary with your next steps within a few days

-Optional Add-On: Furniture & Decor Sourcing

Sometimes, a few new pieces help anchor your refreshed space. If you’d like, you can add a curated search (includes 1 sourcing round for up to 5 items)
